Very cool ... yet I so often wonder why we call it the "dark night of the soul." It's actually far more about the "dark night of the ego." ;-)
I love that, Cate, and also think it's a both/and. That ego death can lead to so much soul expansion... and in the short term, the egoic bits can feel so soul-constricting. (Feel being the optimal word.) <3
