Becca Dickens is a regenerative farmer and energy healer. She is co-owner of Regenerative Life Farm in rural, central Illinois. RLF is home to a chemical-free, no-till, deep compost market garden with magical soil, 275 pastured chickens and cattle. They sell eggs and vegetables to their community and provide education on Food as Medicine. As an Energy Worker, Becca offers online sessions, using intuition and divine guidance to help people shift energy, heal emotionally and physically and remember who they are.
Becca is a super-inspiring human and I’m so grateful we connected. I immediately felt a strong affinity with her and her work, and I loved our conversation, diving into the various aspects of and interconnections between energy healing and regenerative farming. Apologies for the less than perfect audio quality – Becca’s connection was unstable, so you’ll hear some breaks in her audio.
We talked about:
How Becca accidentally became a farmer after leaving her “fancy corporate life in tech;”
Farming as a form of sacred activism in service to the community;
The energetics of food and why it matters how your food is grown and where it comes from;
How to navigate being highly sensitive and a food weirdo in a world of Muggles;
Respecting our energy, accessing our power and getting free from entity attachments;
And much more!
